Tilicho lake trek is the trekking route of the Tilicho lake situated at an altitude of 5416 m. Tlicho lake is the world’s highest lake situated at the elevation of 4919meters. This trekking leads you to the Tlicho lake which is situated at the manang district in Trans Himalayan zones of Nepal. Tilicho lake trekking is combined with the Annapurna circuit trekking. The starting point of this trek is at Shyange which is 1270m high. Furthermore, this trek leads you to the Marshangdi river, Tilicho lake and the panorama of Manaslu and Himchuli to the east.

You can do this trek of 19 days. Starting from the Besi Sahar you can move to syange. From the syange you move to Bagarchap, Pisang, Manang village, Gangapurna glacier, Khangsar and finally at the Tlicho lake. Now you can descend via yak Kharka, Throng Phedi, Kagbeni, and Muktinath. From Kag Beni, you trek to the Jomsom and take a flight from the Jomsom and easily reach your place. Here I will give you some facts about the trip to Tilicho lake. You can have the trip of 19 days starting from the Syange and end at Jomsom. This is difficult trek so if you are experienced then only thought of going on this trek.  If you have Altitude sickness then it is better not to go. The trek starts at the elevation of 1270 meters where the maximum elevation is 5416m. The best month to go is pre-monsoon and post-monsoon.
